In honour of Mental Health Awareness month (everyday is mental health awareness) Shakti Mental Health is holding space for you.

There is this common misconception that meditation means to be still, not have thoughts and feel nothing, well that’s just silly! As humans we are meant to feel it all. The beauty, the sadness, the joy, all of it.

Meditation helps us to notice it.

Sometimes people shy away from it because being still is challenging, but what if there were other ways to meditate. Would you do it often? You might even be already doing it...

Yes, at times sitting with our thoughts can feel confronting, but lets find a way to soften and hold space for ourselves.

The intention of this MEditation, is to reconnect with yourself. Find how you can incorporate meditating into your life.
