No means Nahi: Culture, consent and complicated conversations

Presented by Natasha Lama founder of Brown Girl Sexology and Shakti Mental Health, this workshop creates a safe, culturally sensitive space for South Asians to explore sexual health and consent. Through open discussions, reflective scenarios, and culturally inclusive activities, participants will learn about healthy relationships, communication, boundaries, and bodily consent specific to South Asians. The session aims to empower participants with knowledge and confidence to make informed, respectful choices while unpacking cultural norms and stigma around sex, relationships, and consent.
