Shakti Mental Health: April Newsletter
Welcome to our April edition of the Shakti Mental Health newsletter. This month we are highlighting our up coming April and early May programs, inlcuding our Sri Lankan Mothers day dance workshop, postcards in the park event and April Safe Space program.
Words of wellbeing: Each month our newsletter will introduce you to a different word in South Asian language used to convey wellbeing and emotions. South Asian words that explain feelings and emotions English never could.
Rahat Urdu: راحت a term that describes comfort, tranquility, peace.
